1. Description of Service CiviKruti Associates provides a digital calculation tools for Engineers, architects, contractors, and individuals. The Pro version of the tool is available as an weekly/monthly/annual subscription.

2. No Professional Advice or Liability (Disclaimer) The calculations and results provided by all Calculators are generated based on standard formulas

• Not a Guarantee: These calculations are for structural planning and reference purposes only. They do not guarantee structural stability, financial success, health, or specific life outcomes.

• Consult a Professional: A complete design requires physical site inspection, topography analysis, and astrological considerations. We strongly recommend consulting a certified professional before making any financial, real estate, or construction decisions.

• Limitation of Liability: CiviKruti Associates shall not be held legally or financially liable for any construction errors, structural modifications, or personal damages resulting from the use of any of its tool.

3. Pricing and Payments The Pro version of the calculator requires an weekly/monthly/annual subscription fee. All payments are processed securely through our authorized payment gateway partners. By initiating a transaction, you agree to the pricing and authorize us to charge the specified amount.

4. User Conduct You agree to use all tools for lawful purposes only. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or distribute the source code or proprietary algorithms of the AI Based Aaya Calculator.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dharwad, Karnataka.

Refund & Cancellation Policy Last Updated: March 2026

At CiviKruti Associates, we strive to provide a seamless and valuable experience for our users. Because our product is a digital service that grants instant access upon payment, our refund and cancellation guidelines are structured as follows:

1. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your annual Pro subscription at any time.

• To cancel, simply do not renew the payment at the end of your billing cycle, or follow the cancellation link provided in your original payment confirmation email.

• Upon cancellation, you will continue to have full access to the Pro features until the end of your current active billing period.

2. Refund Policy for Digital Goods

• Digital tool that provides immediate access to premium features, all sales are final and strictly non-refundable under normal circumstances.

• We do not offer prorated refunds for partially used subscription periods.

3. Exceptions for Refunds We will only process a refund under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If a technical error causes you to be charged twice for the same subscription period, we will refund the duplicate transaction.

• Access Failure: If you complete the payment but the system fails to unlock the Pro features due to a server error on our end, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of your report.

4. How to Request a Refund If you meet the exception criteria above, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction.

• If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Credit Card, UPI, Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
